Terry has always been creative and her first career was as a graphic designer / marketing professional. She owned and operated a freelance business for 30+ years. The majority of her clients were home builders and condo developers, giving her an excellent baseline to market your home. 

 

During this time, Terry, along with her husband Mark, renovated several properties and Terry worked as the general contractor, tiler, designer, shopper extraordinaire, and a landlady when they kept properties. She has a lot of experience fixing problems and using her creativity to enhance the couple's real estate.

 

The couple are presently living in their largest renovation project.

 

The combined designer / investor experience allowed Terry to author and produce ReSale Ready, an easy to follow coffee table type of book. The book is available on Amazon but Terry has a few copies she is happy to share with clients.
